WHO WE ARE ?
Motus creates original plays for young audiences and their families. The company works in puppetry arts and live music, building bridges and fostering free-flowing dialogue between cultures. With its resolutely global outlook, the company embraces and emphasizes collaboration with artists from everywhere, through national and international co-productions.
WHAT'S NEW ?
This summer, the Cosmo team flew to Mexico City for a final creative residency with our co-producer Núbila Teatro. We had two previews in Querétaro at the UNAM (Juriquilla pavilion), as well as at the 15th Cruzada central por el teatro.
The first official performances have just taken place as part of the Festival Cultura UNAM at Mexico City's MUAC from September 26 to 29!
Canadian premieres at the Maison Théâtre
February 18 to March 1, 2025!
This season, Mathilde Addy-Laird, our co-artistic director, will continue writing and formally researching her play for teenagers.

A World In Itself
sensory theater workshops
We offer three sensory theater workshops, created specifically for children with ASD/IDP. Our artists come directly to your school to offer these 45-minute workshops, which take place in your classroom or school pool.
Using musical instruments, puppets and objects of different textures, the performers connect with each student to elicit emotional responses. All of this in a predominantly non-verbal way.
